Curiosities
Does your son tell lies?
Lies really appear when children pass some stages of their development and begin to differentiate what is real from what is imaginary and what is false from what is true, when they are aware that they will obtain good or avoid some evil.
Fabular is something very different from lying, it is distorting reality; it is the ability that children have to fantasize and that at times is so difficult to separate from reality, which makes their world so wonderful, this is something that is lost when having contact with the world.
The happy and fun parents are the ones who understand children the most because they live their fantasies, because they have never stopped being children.
Some causes: Low self-esteem, fear of facing a situation, gaining affection and acceptance, fear of punishment, insecurity and need for attention.
